Supported Living for Young People

We provide supported living accommodation to young people aged between 16 and 25 who are facing homelessness or have just left care.

Our supported accommodation provides a safe and nurturing environment where Young People can develop their independence and thrive as they approach adulthood.With our high-quality facilities and dedicated staff, we empower young individuals to reach their full potential and prepare for a future filled with greater independence.

We aim to equip our service users with the knowledge, skills, and ability, to take as fuller control of their lives as possible; thereby enabling them to feel more fulfilled in life through the range of opportunities offered to them.

Mental Health support

We specialise in supporting young people facing homelessness, including those who are experiencing family or relationship breakdown

Lifestyle Support

Focus on positive behaviour support for Young people to help them build positive support networks.

Education Support

Life skills training, education and career guidance, and emotional support.

One-to-One Support

Support is tailored to each Young person’s individual needs, through a structured care and support plan.

Referrals

Referrals must come from a social worker, placement team or appropriate commissioning team.

Review

All referrals are reviewed by our team to ensure that our staff can meet the needs of the Young Person and to ensure they match with other service users.

Welcome Home

Along with providing help with housing and budgeting, we empower individuals to feel safe, secure, and valued in the community. We also help boost their confidence in managing life's everyday challenges.
